How to Use No-Weight Multi-Grain Flour (Desi Style):

You can use this flour just like your regular atta in daily cooking. It’s specially made for Pakistani families who love homemade meals but want to stay healthy too.

For Roti / Chapati: Use it fully or mix it with regular wheat flour (half-half) to make soft and healthy rotis. Knead with warm water and let it rest for 15–20 minutes before making chapatis.

For Paratha: Add a pinch of salt and a little desi ghee or oil to the dough. Cook on a tawa just like your regular paratha for a more filling and nutritious option.
